कमिश्नर शहडोल एवं रीवा संभाग डॉ अशोक कुमार भार्गव ने मध्यप्रदेश एवं छत्तीसगढ़ की वेंकटनगर सीमा का निरीक्षण किया। आपने कहा कोरोना संक्रमण की रोकथाम एवं बचाव हेतु यह आवश्यक है कि व्यक्तियों के आवागमन पर पाबंदी सुनिश्चित की जाय साथ ही सामानो के परिवहन को अनावश्यक न रोका जाय। मालवाहक वाहनो ट्रक पिक अप आदि को ज़रूरी दस्तावेज जाँच कर अनुमति दी जाय। परंतु यह अवश्य ध्यान दें ऐसे वाहनो में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग मानको का पालन किया गया हो। वाहन हेतु 1 ड्राइवर एवं 1 सहायक तथा सिर्फ़ 1 अतिरिक्त ड्राइवर की अनुमति है। किसी भी स्थिति में मालवाहक वाहनो में व्यक्तियों का परिवहन न हो इस पर कड़ी नज़र रखी जाय। इस दौरान आपके द्वारा बॉर्डर पर आए ट्रक के काग़ज़ों का निरीक्षण भी किया गया तथा ट्रक ड्राइवर को कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव हेतु आवश्यक एहतियात बरतने नाक मुँह को मास्क अथवा गमछे से अनिवार्य रूप से ढँके रहने के लिए कहा गया। कमिश्नर द्वारा बॉर्डर नियंत्रण लॉगबुक का निरीक्षण किया गया तथा आने जाने वालों की अनुमति की टीप का निरीक्षण किया गया।

        इस दौरान आपने ग्राम पंचायत के सचिव एवं रोज़गार सहायक से सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली अंतर्गत खाद्यान्न वितरण, मध्याह्न भोजन के राशन वितरण के सम्बंध में जानकारी ली, जिस पर सचिव द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि खाद्यान्न वितरण सुचारू रूप से जारी है। डॉ भार्गव द्वारा उचित मूल्य की दुकानो में अनिवार्य रूप से सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। आपने निर्देश दिए कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के सार्वजनिक स्थानो को नियमित रूप से सैनिटाईज करते रहें।

        यह सामने आने पर कि बॉर्डर से नियमित रूप से सब्ज़ियों के मालवाहक वाहन जा रहे हैं, आपने कहा ऐसे व्यक्तियों को ग्रामीणों से चर्चा कर आइसोलेट किया जाय। तथा इन चिन्हित व्यक्तियों द्वारा सब्ज़ी सिर्फ़ आइसोलेशन कैम्प तक लायी जाय, जहाँ से अन्य ग्रामीण उसे ले जाएँ। आपने कहा आइसोलेट किए हुए व्यक्तियों की नियमित रूप से स्वास्थ्य जाँच की जाय।

       डिंडोरी एवं पेंड्रा-गौरेला-मरवाही में कोरोना संक्रमण पाए जाने से सीमाओं पर सख़्त निगरानी आवश्यक है। इस हेतु सीमावर्ती ग्रामों के जागरूक युवाओं का चिन्हांकन कर ग्राम रक्षा समिति का गठन करें ताकि, मुख्य मार्गों के साथ अन्य मार्गों (कच्चे/पक्के) पर भी प्रभावी नियंत्रण सुनिश्चित हो।

          डॉ भार्गव द्वारा आशा कार्यकर्ता से स्वास्थ्य जाँच के सम्बंध में जानकारी ली गयी तथा निर्देश दिए गए कि गर्भवती महिलाओं को अनिवार्य रूप से समयानुसार आयरन एवं फ़ॉलिक ऐसिड की गोलियाँ घर जाकर उपलब्ध कराएँ तथा यह निगरानी करें कि उन्होंने ठीक समय पर उसका सेवन किया है। आशा कार्यकर्ता द्वारा बताया गया कि स्वास्थ्य जाँच का प्रथम चरण पूर्ण हो चुका है, द्वितीय चरण प्रगतिरत है।

              कलेक्टर चंद्रमोहन ठाकुर द्वारा बताया गया कि डिंडोरी में कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज़ की पुष्टि होते ही डिंडोरी एवं छत्तीसगढ़ की सीमाओं को दृढ़ता से सील किया गया है। आपने  कहा कमिश्नर महोदय के निर्देशानुसार सीमाबंदी और अधिक सशक्त करने हेतु स्थानीय जनो को ग्राम रक्षा समिति बनाकर शामिल किया जाएगा। नियमित रूप से सब्ज़ी परिवहन कर्ताओं को चिह्नांकित कर निर्देशानुसार व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। इस दौरान डीआईजी शहडोल रेंज पी॰एस॰ उईके, पुलिस अधीक्षक किरणलता केरकेट्टा सहित अन्य प्रशासनिक एवं पुलिस अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

        When it was revealed that the freight vehicles of vegetables are going regularly from the border, you said that such people should be discussed after discussing with the villagers. And by these identified people, vegetables should be brought only to the isolation camp, from where other villagers take it. You said that health check-ups should be done regularly.
       Strict monitoring of boundaries is necessary as corona infection is found in Dindori and Pendra-Gorella-Marwahi. For this, by identifying the conscious youth of the border villages, set up Village Defense Committee so that effective control of other routes (raw / paved) along the main routes can be ensured.
          Dr. Bhargava took information about the health checkup from the ASHA worker and directed that pregnant women should compulsorily make iron and folic acid tablets available at home and monitor that they have consumed them at the right time. The ASHA worker told that the first phase of health check-up has been completed, the second phase is in progress.
              Collector Chandramohan Thakur was told that the boundaries of Dindori and Chhattisgarh have been firmly sealed as soon as corona infected patient is confirmed in Dindori. You said that according to the instructions of the Commissioner, local people will be included by making the Village Defense Committee to strengthen the demarcation.
